Wait times, park hours, Lightning Lane availability, pricing, and all other data displayed on LessQ are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Wait time data is provided by third-party sources and may not be accurate, may be delayed, or may be unavailable. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Always check official park resources for the most current information.

4. Third-Party Data Sources

LessQ aggregates publicly available data from third-party sources including Queue-Times.com and ThemeParks.wiki. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of these external services. We credit these sources and use their data in accordance with their respective terms of service.

5. Touring Plans

Touring plans and ride recommendations generated by LessQ are suggestions only. LessQ does not guarantee any specific wait time savings, ride availability, or park experience outcome. Your actual experience may vary based on crowd levels, ride closures, weather, and other factors beyond our control.

6. Service Availability

LessQ is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
